Evangel Church is proud to be part of the Fuquay-Varina community. The church often participates in community events in addition to hosting several events each year to foster fellowship and strengthen relationships between church members and our neighbors.

Valentine's Banquet, Sunday, Feb. 17, at 6 p.m.
Treat your sweetie, or yourself, to a catered dinner and a fun evening at Evangel Church. The cost is $10 per person, and we welcome couples and singles, no children please. Dinner will be catered by Two Cousins Restaurant out of Angier. A sign-up sheet is located in the hallway. 

Mission Trip
If you are interested in participating in a Mission Trip to Mexico, please contact Wayne Gardner after service. The cost is $800, if enough people go. 

Men's Ministry Fishing Trip
Enjoy a weekend of fishing and fellowship. The men will be staying at Oceanna Family Resort at Atlantic Beach. The Cost is $50 per person and includes hotel and fishing. There is a sign-up sheet in the hallway. 



The Revelators

Evangel Church hosted a night of uplifting gospel music on January 14, 2018. This event, featuring the well-known gospel singing group The Revelators, was free and open to the   public. 

Fall Festival

Evangel Church's Fall Festival was a fun time for families, who enjoyed a trunk-or-treat, bounce houses, cake walk, face painting, and pumpkin decorating. We hope you join us next year!

Easter Egg Hunt
Evangel Church welcomed more than 200 people to our recent Easter Egg Hunt. Families enjoyed hot dogs, bounce houses, coloring Easter eggs, and, of course, hunting for eggs. Thank you to all who joined us!

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

Evangel Church recently held a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce. 





Donation and prayer for FVPD

Pastor Mark and Pastor JoAnn visited the Fuquay-Varina Police Department to show support for the members of the department and the services they provide for the community. The pastors provided each employee with a bandana featuring Psalm 91.
